The goose eggs quilt - block one
Introduction
We are delighted to launch our very first designated blanket club, The Goose Eggs Quilt. We have had the great joy of collaborating with Dani from Little bobbins on this project to create yarn that complements her new design perfectly.
The Goose Eggs Quilt pattern is the most amazing design in that it looks striking and complex, however it is the most enjoyable and simple pattern to knit. If you can knit garter and pick up a stitch or two you are good to go.
Zoom launch party
Dani and I really want to make this a community project, sadly we feel the connection can be lost sometimes on IG. Exclusively for Layfamilyyarn customers we are going to be holding regular zoom catch up’s throughout 2023 to see your progress and chat all the things. The first zoom will be on January 15th when the pattern goes live and the knit-along officially begins.
Yarn
This is a dyed to order listing, we will be starting the dyeing of the orders after Christmas and will start shipping Jan 4th to our international customers and the 7th Jan to our UK friends. As the months go on and we know the number of people who are joining us we will start to dye the yarn ahead of time.
The listing will stay open for 1 week to enable anybody who wishes to join the opportunity to do so regardless of time zones etc

The first month is a pale green with purple and yellow accents. We hope to see you throughout 2023.
